Wagapalooza - THIS Saturday

Just wanted to remind everyone who might be on STJ this Saturday, that the annual fundraiser for the STJ ACC will be happening once again from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Winston Wells Ball Field in the Cruz Bay.

Great evening and the "competitions" are always fun - prizes are awarded for best trick, best lap dog, best dancer, best spots, best old timer, best puppy love, best costume, best jumper and best tail.

Lots of great prizes in the raffle and you don't have to be present to win so you can donate and maybe win one of the great prizes.

We are still unsure - we have two dogs that I think would be the first in Waga history to be asked to leave but we might try but come puppyless

Hee hee! I know what you mean Pia! I have two ACC dogs that are, ummm, not the greatest on a leash if you know what I mean. Charlie, (the one on my avatar) is 100lbs and he LOVES other dogs and kids, and if he wants to go say hello, I have a hard time saying no (because he will take me whether I want to go or not). My other guy, Alakay, is still a hyper puppy. We decided watching over a kid was enough and left the dogs home. My son said it was "The Best Wagapalooza EVER!" There were tons of dogs, tons of kids, just a really nice time. I hope they raised tons of money. The service the ACC provides to this island is immeasurable. Anyone can donate money, goods, or time.
