So excited about upcoming trip and a surprise

We are celebrating our 20th anniversary in June and have been tossing around the idea of costa rica. When it got down to the wire I just have to spend this anniversary On STJ.
We are booked and got our tickets with points through company card. We decided to shake things up and fly after work to Atlanta and then take an 8:45 flight out on delta the next morning that allows to get to paradise by 12:45!! Yippee!!! We've always wanted to try it this way. When I booked the tickets they didn't assign seats so I decided to call tonight and get that taken care of. We have first class seats on our return without even asking. I did mention the anniversary! I'm tickled. Usually when we use these points we can't even pay to upgrade them to first class.

congrats! I call that Smoozing...I always smooze when I go somewhere and good things happen to us...it actually does come naturally but sometimes I throw in the extra bits of info (big b'day's, anniveraries, etc.)
