Villa St. John??

Anyone have any info on this one? Looks large enough to host a very large group - but I have concerns about the proximity to Pond Bay and construction. Is that why it is priced low?

Villa St. John is right next to Pond Bay. It is the large property with the red roof in this photo. Note that the project is much further along than in this picture. This was actually taken the day before the official Pond Bay groundbreaking. I don't know the current status of any actual construction on the site.

The rental agent claims that construction has stopped and that, in any event, it was not "nearby." (that it did not "border" the construction . . . . looks pretty darn close to me! I just don't have a good vibe on this one.
