There are pros and cons both ways. To us, the sooner we're driving, the sooner we feel like we're on vacation. Being able to handle all of our bags ourselves is another. And having the option to stop at Cost-U-Less is icing on the cake!
He's taking Chem II Lab. When his spring schedule proved to be more daunting than he had anticipated he decided to drop it so he wouldn't hurt his GPA. But he needs the credit hours to keep his National Merit Scholarship, so he's learning a lesson!
