St. Thomas/St. John Christmas Eve to New Years Day

We are flying into St. Thomas on December and staying at a local hotel, then going to rent a car, take a Ferry to St. John and stay the week in a Condo. The return on New Years Day to St. Thomas and thenfly home.

We still need to rent a vehicle.

What are the watch outs for traveling on three major holidays in the USVIs?
