Boat trip snorkel stop ideas

Post by liamsaunt »

I am wondering if any of you have good suggestions for places to snorkel on a boat trip day? The only place I have on my itinerary for sure is the Indians. Where else have you been that you really enjoyed?

We are going out with Captain Brandi, and I'm not interested in the Baths. Any other ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not a huge snorkeler but the stop between Lovongo and Congo is some of the best snorkeling I've ever seen apart from The Indians.

Another good stop, if the seas are fairly calm, is Flanagan Cay between the STJ and Norman Island.

Hey, check it out, I'm down to 1 month!! Yay!!

I'll bet Captain John is pretty excited about taking you and John out on the boat. He probably has all sorts of snorkeling surprises up his sleeve for you.

You are going to have such a great snorkeling day! I second the channel between Lovango & Congo Cay, snorkeling to the western tip of Congo. *Beautiful* :D

Monkey Point is awesome and so is Mary's Point. I didn't like too deep and couldn't see much & the Caves were boring to our group. The Indians is my favorite snorkel spot.

Captain Phil took us to Two Brothers. I forget exactly where it is, but the snorkeling was great.

Great Harbour at Peter Island had pretty good snorkeling, and it pairs well logistically with a trip to The Indians and maybe The Caves. Would agree that Lovango/Congo is a great spot too.

Have a wonderful trip!
