I thought it was a battleship until I noticed the masts. I think she off loaded a tender, a large one.

My guess is one of the Windstar vessels.

Don't think it is the Athena although she has been rumored to be around St John.

It's a Club Med cruise. The Athena was anchored off St John, left yesterday AM and just returned this PM. This yacht, Athena, is outstanding.

lots of info available - Club Med 2 - a five masted 613 ft cruise vessel - they have a website and wikipedia covers it as well.
