Seaview Villa?

has anybody stayed at Seaview villa in chocolate hole? i can't find any reviews. it's bigger than i need but i asked the owner if i can just rent the top floor and he gave me a good price. i think it looks really nice, 2 king bedrooms, pool, ac, wifi, all on one floor. am i missing anything? what do you guys think? i think we're coming in july!!!!!!!!!!! thanks!
