Hummingbird Villas

Has anyone stayed at any of the Hummingbird Villas? Any opinions? Are they a walkable distance into town?

Haven't stayed there yet, but will be at Bananaquit this summer. We just spent a week in the same area and it is an easy walk to town and back. We really enjoyed that convenience. Also, we met Mary Ellis who owns Hummingbird Villas and she was very nice and helpful.

We watched the sunset a few times from Frank Bay and also enjoyed the cocktail party held at Coconut Coast Studios with Elaine Estern - if you decide to stay in that area, don't miss it - I believe she does it every Wednesday night.
