Yeah much quieter in Fish Bay, at least it seemed that way last time. Looking at insurance like you suggested Gromit! The ultimate way I look at it though is that it's better there in the rain then cold Virginia ;) in the rain...but still wish to investigate

CSA is an advertiser on this site and we've used them several times. They are very reasonable.
