Set a time and place!

Post by stj brett »

My wife and I will down there April 18-24. Set a time and place and we will be there. We are staying on STJ. It will be our second time going to STJ. We got that bug last time that makes you come back when you get home. We are also looking for a few others to share a daysail to the norman islands/caves if anyone is interested.

We arrive on the 24th...Don't be spilling vinegar sauce everywhere before we get there.

Absolutely we should try to meet sometime. We are staying on STT this time but we could take the ferry to STJ to meet(I'm sure we will sometime anyway)
we're 1st timers to STJ, so someone else will have to name the place & time, and we'll be there. Be nice to meet all you good people who have been so helpful.

stjbrett, have seen your posting for the daysail a few times, sounds like a great day. Would love to join you except. My hubby doesn't swim, so not comfy @ going out in small boats or having to "swim" ashore to places and I'm not a good sailor,if we hit choppy waters, I'm done for.ha.. Wish we could do this, would like to see the caves etc. You will get others to join you as time gets closer.
Sherburn has shown interest in meeting up also, told him that someone has to set the place & time for it, we're 1st timers to STJ so have no idea of anything. We'll just be there.

I would like to try coordinating a happy hour and I would be interested in sharing a sail trip but we will be on STT this time so logistics is a thang to deal with...

I'll start a thread on April 2010 visitors, the we can share cell phone numbers via PM if intersted...

We are on island July 28-August 4. Booked Spirit from Myrtle Beach at $405. r/t. Would have been less if not for the darned seat assignments - $60 r/t extra to sit together. Still less than US Air Charlotte at $487 r/t and still gets there at the same time, plus the connect in Orlando let's us hook up with the FL folks traveling with us.
