We'll be at Mill Ridge two weeks later. I think they still had availability then. http://www.vrbo.com/232891

Mayan Sky (thru ViVA) is also another great option in Upper Carolina. We loved this place. Technically its three BR's but the third BR is on the lower level with the pool.
*Another fine scatterbrained production

Rhumbrunner is great. 2 beds w/baths and another half bath down. Great pool and views to die for. Easy to get to.

We stayed at Starlit Escape and LOVED it - very secluded and private but 5 minutes to either Skinnys or the marketplace - the pool was nice and the view from the "happy hour tower" is awesome - and the price is very reasonable

We just got back from Rhumb Runners and it was a great villa for our family! The view is amazing! No pictures uploaded yet but will soon. We also took a video of the drive up and back, but that will take me a bit longer to post online. The ride is steep and twisty (it is STJ after all) but paved all the way and I thought it was great.

We stayed at Starlit Escape 2 years ago with 2 other families and it worked out very well for our group.

Owners of both these properties were great to deal with.

Feel free to ask if you have any specific questions about either house.
