There are two with very similar names. We stayed at the one on Maria Bluff a few years ago. I can answer some basic questions but not sure what updates have been done over the last few years.

Stayed there @ 4 years ago and loved it. Rented it through www.cateredto.com .
Gorgeous home, great location. The sunset was great, bbq'd every night on the deck. One thing I remember most about how much I enjoyed it was the entire set-up of the house. It was cozy, yet maintained privacy for all of the rooms. The outdoor deck lights were a great touch while enjoying supper & drinks as the sun went down.
We didn't really use the pool too much, aside from a dip while spending the mornings there. The pool's not too big, but it was definately refreshing! Lots of big iguanas lazying around for sun out there, too.
It's location is such that it almost begs you to enjoy downtown Cruz Bay on the way to the beaches.
That said, "coming home" to Serenity was a complete joy after a day at the beach.Lots of space, and very enjoyable. I'd go back if it weren't for my desire to try a different villa with each trip.
Trip #10 in less than 2 weeks to Sago Palms! Can't wait!
Sure hope we're talking about the same villa!
Good luck, enjoy, and always
Smiles-
MJ
