Any info on Sol Inclination would be appreciated - Thanks!
I just came across Sol Inclination while searching for our family's perfect villa! Has anyone stayed there or can give any info about it? It looks really nice, alittle more than what we were looking to spend a week but might be worth the extra money?
I appreciate any help!!!
Thanks, Jo

Hi from another Kansas Citian!
We stayed at Sol in May of 2008. It is absolutely beautiful and you feel like you are on top of the world. The drive to get there is easy, but it's definitely a distance from either Cruz or Coral Bay. We had three cars and that made getting in and out of the parking area difficult. That was truly the only downside. The villa itself meets every need you could ever imagine. My husband and I had the master suite and the outside shower was wonderful. We had 8 people staying there with two couples in the main house and two in the guest house we had plenty of room. The views are awesome and there was always a breeze so no bugs around. The upper balcony can get very windy at night which we liked, but some might find problematic. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to ask!!

I also loved Sol Inclination. There were only two couples on our trip - one couple stayed in the main house and one in the guest house. That ensured a little more privacy. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you will need. The drive back and forth to the villa is a little scary but you get used to it - sort of:) My favorite picture is one of us in the pool there - too bad I don't know how to post a picture or I would share with you! If you have any specific questions please post or send a pm!

We stayed there a month after Nic in KC in June of 2008.
It's an amazing place with jaw-dropping views. You're literally on top of a mountain...but the price you pay is that there is a lot of driving time back and forth between the beaches/town and the villa. You've got to get all the way to Fish Bay and then make your way to the top of the mountain to get to the villa. The house is incredible, and as long as you don't mind all the driving, it's a great place to stay.

Our family of 8 stayed at S.I. in June of 2008 (between the stays of Nic and Teresa). It is a fantastic villa. The only drawback was parking 3 cars in limited space and the steep driveway. The youngest in our group was our grandson who was 12. Due to the steep drop-offs they don't allow young children.
The first day we thought the downstairs AC in the main house was not working efficiently and Kathy(the property manager) sent out a gentleman to check it. While waiting for the unit to cycle he stepped outside and looked at the view for a full five minutes. He said he hadn't been there before and he was impressed with the view.
If we needed anything Kathy was very prompt and attentive.

Yes, as far as the parking goes, we only had one vehicle when we stayed at Sol Inclination and it was the most hairy parking situation we've dealt with out of 7 villas we've rented on St. John. I'm amazed that other people have been successful with more than one vehicle!
