Around the world with the forum!
Around the world with the forum!
I thought I would start a fluffy topic for Friday.
So, we all love to travel, right? I am curious to see how much of the world we can cover with our travel pictures. Post a picture of someplace in the world that you have traveled to. Try to post a different location than anyone else in the thread. I bet we can cover at least six continents between us! I'll start with an obvious one:

Nice shot of the Space Needle.

Yup – mostly dirt roads and plenty of chickens running around in the streets.
In front of what was then known as the Hotel Solmar at the tip of the Baja. Sunrises AND sunsets over the water.

Looking at the other pictures of that trip I'd say it's the right side (the more cliff-like). Apparently that part of Switzerland is a big draw for BASE jumpers.

Cool idea, Becky
These are from around 1986 in South Africa.
The 1st one is on the way up Table Mountain on the old cable car.
The 2nd one is from the top of Table Mt.
The 3rd one was from my car window in Krugar Park. She was right next to the car that I was driving. I couldn't resist taking the chance of rolling down the window to take the shot.
