Halloween!!

Post by *Sunnie* »

hey hey! i'm new to the forum but my bf and a couple of friends of ours are coming down Oct 30 - Nov 6. we wanna make sure we're at the right spot for Halloween. i've been reading that Skinny's is the place to go and i've seen the pics of past Halloween parties. so, here's the question - how crazy do the parties get? should we def get dressed up??

Start at Mongoose Junction - families and kids in costume, and the Wicked Witch is not to be missed. Wander to the Beach Bar for a costumed beverage. If you're staying on the east side, finish the foolishness at Skinny's.
When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

I'd dress. I didn't last year and regretted it.

skinny's is the only way to go, but you got to dress up. Live band, great costume contest. Not too late, so you can always go to town after if you want to party on. Morgans is with a DJ and not for families when I have been there. Families should go to Mongoose Junction at about 5.

If the airlines and the ferry cooperate, we'll head for Skinny's as soon as we get on island.

We will be in St. Croix on Halloween; do they celebrate the holiday there? Where are the best Halloween parties and should we bring costumes? Thanks!

We start with Mongoose Junction and enjoy the kids trick or treating while we have some pints at the tap room. Then costumes, Morgans costume competition and then the Beach Bar competition.

But, with the odds being tipped towards the X chromosome this year, Skinny's may be in the mix.

Here are some pictures from Halloween 2007. Our 2008 pictures were a bit off.
