Love it CaGirl - I do feel awkward when out and don't know what to say. However, I was in Chicago a few weeks ago and an older man was sitting in a wheelchair with a cap on that indicated his service to our country. I said Thank you out loud and could tell he really appreciated it. I, too, get teary eyed, so this will help. Thanks for the link.
Also, as a P.S., I work with a group through my church that sends out care packages on a regular basis - if anyone has a loved one overseas in Iraq or Afghanistan, we would love to add them to our list. Send me a PM.
