Forum Bloggers?
Forum Bloggers?
I have been following Robin's "Great American Things" blog with great interest, and I thought it might be a good time to do a forum blog roll.
If you're a blogger (or like to pretend to be one like I do) and would like to share the link with everyone here, please do it in this thread.
A lot of folks seem to be getting away from blogging, so I need new things to read. Not to mention that I need to get back into it. I've posted two days in a row, so maybe I can get back into the hang of things.
If you're interested, my blog is at: http://ljrichards.blogspot.com

I have a blog, as many of you know (I get a lot of traffic from my forum tag), but it's not St John related and very loose in format. I like to blog about green tech, rural broadband, politics, wacky news stories. Nothing is off limits and I try to inject a bit of humour into everything. Life is too short.
Lately my posts have fallen off to a trickle. I've been more into just sharing news stories infused with my own quippy comments, on Facebook. I'm thinking I may get back to blogging and just have the links post on Facebook etc...We'll see how that goes.
I too would like to see some more Forum members blogs. I read Pipnale's blog often (highly recommended if you have a need for a good belly laugh) and also several of the more popular St John blogs. I prefer reading blogs by RSS feed in Google Reader.
What are you reading/writing? I'll be happy to check it out!

I mentioned this in another thread today - we have a food porn blog of sorts. Started as a joke for a couple of friends back in December, but we do still update it. Nothing more than food porn (and a recipe if requested). Not exactly exciting stuff

I'll bite. I have a blog that I update sporadically. It was intended to be a regular thing, but oh well.

Lulu, great idea for a thread. I couldn't open your link either, looking forward to seeing what you're up to. Cid, I hope you get back to it, too. I spent some time browsing yours, and it's very interesting. Eclectic, just as you promised. And I'm going to have a good time reading the Clever Nomad, looks great.
I hope this thread continues, I'd love to see what my fellow forumites and bloggers are doing.
In case anyone wants to catch up with Great American Things, I just posted No 108: The Twilight Zone. The day before was No. 107: The Far Side. A lot of fun, hope you'll stop by.

Whoops, I'm slipping! Since Anthony asked for personal Web addresses to be removed from signatures, I'll have to pay more attention.

I'm glad I came back here. I had put the correct address in my original post, but it wouldn't make it into a hyperlink for some reason.
So now it's a hyperlink, but it's not the correct address.
I'm a mess.
Anyhow, try again, although it's boring right now. I am debating making it private at least for the time being due to an unfortunate incident, but I am not sure yet. Too much of a hassle.

Cid's check will be in the mail soon.
Yes...I infrequently update http://www.nogooddaddy.com
I've been posting more to my FB page lately.
though...and this is bound to fail rather quickly...I'm considering posting daily once the baby comes. 2 reasons: it will take discipline I don't have and I'm thinking of it as a sort of gift to the kid. Because, I'm sure she'll want 365 entries of:
I pooped
The kid pooped
Then I played with myself and went to sleep
