Connie that is so great. I think this had to be really tough call for you. Parent can be so annoying and demanding...but you know she just wanted you to be there because she loves you!

Now you can go on your trip with a clear conscience, knowing you did MORE than the right thing. In my opinion there was no "right" or "wrong" answer, but your mom will always be grateful you did that for her!
