As you said, all good things must come to an end. But why your trip reports? I'm with Vicki, I've got to be more observant the next time I snorkel. And I always look forward to your experiences at Caneel, because one day I'm going to make the commitment and stay there. At least for the breakfast! Thanks, Becky, for your great reporting. Go back soon, now, hear?

BRAVO!!! You set the bar, Becky. You are the queen of trip reports. :D :D I agree that you need to have a ticker so that we can all know when you'll be back!!

Just read all your reports. What a great way to start the morning they got me pumped for the next trip :D Jeez did ya see enough octopus? Could ya tell me the secret of seeing those guys. Are they just attracted to you guys or what. Have yet to see one, it's not as if I don't spend enough time in the water. Awesome underwater shots. Love the turtle looking at you off the ocean floor. Anyhoots you are my new snorkeling hero :D

Thank you so much for the awsome trip report!!!! I need to plan a trip soon. If I saw half of what you see when snorkeling, it would be great. I think you could start a snorkel guide business.

I agree with that, and an undertitle could be:

Learn how you take the best pictures of the life under water.

I'm impressed that you think of 8:30 as sleeping late on vacation. I think the sun kills both my husband and me...if we didn't set alarms we'd have no trouble sleeping until noon while we're on STJ. We've always struggled with getting up early there.

Becky, your trip reports and pictures are great, especially your underwater shots. You see the most amazing animals.

We returned Saturday and reality is now setting in. Reading about your trip, thinking about all that good food, and looking at your pictures almost makes me cry. :( I suppose the cure is to start planning the next trip.

Thanks for taking the time to share your STJ vacation. It's a very nice read. 8)
