Real Estate Taxes

Post by Beachboy »

The last I heard the USVI government thought that the 2006 Real Estate Tax Bills would be going out this June. I haven't heard anything for some time. Can someone update the situation?

The 2006 Tax Bills were issued in August 2008 and are now due July 1st 2009 and will be considered delinquent July 31st 2009 - unless it changes again between today and the said dates :)

I'm wondering why you are preaching that this should be off topic, when you post something below that is as you say "off topic" yourself.

I'm wondering why your first post is inflammatory? By the way, welcome to the forum, I think.

Let me explain..I am a long time lurker (probably 8 years now), and fellow lover of St. John. I don't post a lot on internet boards but love to read this one and think Anthony
does a terrific job.

I don't know the originator of this post, but if I had asked the same question, I would have been bothered by the reponse of "FYI..this is off topic."
(Unless it was said by Anthony or the Moderator of this forum.)
I don't think I'm alone in the thought that some posters think they "run" this website and it's their job to point out something that is not 100% on topic. I believe that might be why some people never post.

On the positive side, I still enjoy reading posts by everyone and dreaming of St. John. I just think the
nitpicking (sp?) goes a little far some times.

Sloop I would prefer you link to our re-location forum:

:) (This is noted in good humor - but it would be cool if people started using us more for this kind of stuff)
