Hey There,
You may want to consider Mar de Amores.
It was built by the owners as their family home when they lived on island and they raised their 2 small children there.
It is very kid friendly.
It is basically a ranch style house where everything is on one level with a master suite and 2 more bedrooms and a bath on the hall.
It has a lovely living area and open kitchen and dining area and everything has views since the front wall is basically large sliding doors.
It is the last house all the way up Rock Ridge Road overlooking Chocolate Hole (and much more) but not down low enough to be affected by Pond Bay.
The house was very pleasant and has a large deck and pool. A/C has been added since we stayed there but I'm not sure in what rooms.
If you can, book it through the owners, Javier and Claudia Cividini. They are just the best, coolest people.
If you need contact info, let me know.
Hope this helps.

there have been a few threads on villas with interior access rooms for kids. When I was looking, I found the following villas that either have all bedrooms under one roof (or groups of rooms together), or have extra daybeds/sofabeds in the bedrooms:

Vistaero - we stayed here and liked it

These others I haven't stayed in but looked at their floorplans
Villa Rendezvous
Villa Villekula
Villa Promises Kept
Tesori
Villa Rendezview
Amani
Casa Luna
Ambiance
Island Manor
Paulette
Avalon
Ristaba
Eden's Whim
Crystal Seaview
Ciellodonna
Croix Vista
Sanctuary
Beach Garden

Good luck!

Let me make sure I have this right:

You have 5 people, including 2 kids who need to be near parents
You would like a pool
You want to be near the Westin
You are looking for something inexpensive

If this is the case, I would recommend Tesseract. There are two bedrooms upstairs connected to the main house that would work for a pair of adults and two children (a King room and a room with two twins). Downstairs, there is another room with an outside entrance. It has its own bathroom.

I think it was about two grand for the whole week for five people. It wasn't the fanciest place in the world, but it's right above the Westin and has a great pool and tons of outside living space.

Starlit Escape would be very good too, but it sounds like it might be a little far out for you. Of course, I always encourage people to try the "other side" of the island.
