Any opinions on these 3 villas please

So we've canceled our December cruise...

Going to Cape Cod in October and then in April back to...STJ!!!
This time we've invited our son & dtr-in-law.

I, for the moment, have 3 particulars that I like for different reasons.

1. Bourdeaux Breeze - beautiful/new/kings

2. La Bella Villa - beautiful/ but funky pool

3. Rendezvous Villa - location/price

Would appreciate any feedback please!!

I haven't been inside any of these villas. That said I do know where Bordeaux Breeze is (we stayed below it at Chateau Margot 2 years ago while they were finishing Bordeaux Breeze. The location is really perfect IMHO. No rough horrible road and/or driveway. Amazing view down island and the proximity to the northshore beaches is great (minutes from Maho Bay). Coral Bay is also just a few minutes down the mountain. This would be my first choice or the three.

La Bella Villa is a house that I have always thought was so cute and the location is also great but the "pool" puts this house in second place IMHO.

Rendezvous Villa takes 3rd place only because I don't like that side of the island. (I don't like to have to ride through town everytime I want to go the northshore beaches, and I prefer the views from the other houses.)

Having now met this gracious couple, I can't imagine working with anyone else for St. John property. Now, if I can just win the lottery...
