Blue Agave Villa Anyone?

Have any of you ever stayed at Blue Agave? I believe prior to to 2006, it was just called "Agave". According to the map, it is located just off of Rock Ridge Road.

The description of the view on the website is..."The view from Blue Agave is of four St John bays from Hart Bay to Cruz Bay and the islands of Pillsbury Sound to the west. In the distance you will be able to see St. Croix and St. Thomas."...A sunset view is VERY important to one of the people in my party of five. I have been assuming that anything that says "views of St. Thomas" will have a sunset view. Is this right?
