DC is suddenly full of...

Post by JT »

... hockey fans! The Caps have given this town's sports fans something to cheer about. People who never gave a rat's ass about hockey are glued to the tv for this series. A friend of mine called me this past Monday and wanted to know if I wanted to go to the game, as he had an extra ticket. Now, this country boy rarely wanders into DC, but I made an exception to see Alex and Crosby both pull a hat trick! Just once I'd like to see the Caps make it to the Stanley Cup finals!
When you find yourself in a hole.... quit digging.

I'm happy for The Caps, now that the Flyers are out of it. They've been in the bottom for a long time so it's nice to seem them surging at the right time..Good luck!!
