Not going this year - didn't get a vendor invitation for their free tent and open bar.

But I think "I WANT REVENGE" is the horse for the money.

Grew up around horses. Rode steeplechase and the track. Bobby Baffert has a looker in Pioneerof the Nile. Nick Zito and Wayne Lucas have TDS (To Damn Slow) horses. Dunkirk has good spped ratings. It's goning to be General Quarters or I want Revenge. Larry Jones doesn't have the spine to train a Derby winner - Friesan Fire to place.
When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro.

Revenge is out of the race. Sounds like a problem with his ankle?

Revenge is out? I picked Pioneer of the Nile for my $1 family betting pool. Maybe I'll actually win this year!

I have that one too! We just ran up to Keeneland to place our family's bets. Between the 5 of us, we have money on Hold me Back, Chocolate Candy, Dunkirk, Pioneer of the Nile, Friesan Fire, General Quarters, Atomic Rain, and Desert Party...mostly box exactas. Good luck to everyone!!

I'm pulling for General Quarters.....just love the "human interest" story of the little guy, Tom McCarthy & this horse.

What a Derby! Second greatest upset of all time! It was amazing, wasn't it. And the jockey's res;ponse (though this was his second Derby win) was really fun to watch.

Just wish I'd have had the Superfecta - a cool $400,000 on a $2 bet!
