Public Taxi fees -- STT

Just need a little clarification.... I know the ferries now charge you for all your luggage and carry ons. Do the taxi vans from STT airport also charge for each bag? I'm under the impression that they do now but I'm not sure I'm right.

Yes, I think $1 or $2 per bag.

If you carry your own tote bag/carry-on and hold it on your lap, they don't charge for those.
