I think I may have mentioned this to everyone before but I know we have had several Florence questions here over the last few months and if you are thinking about attending a <a href="http://www.cordonbleu-it.com/"><b>cooking school in Florence</b></a> when you are here, the Cordon Bleu School is run by our friends and is a great option (and we also did their website - ).
