Can we pick this up again, after this morning's earthquake..
I don't know if the tunnels et al had anything to do with this morning's earthquake, but I do have some inside information based on research I did in trying to figure out who or what was behind all the mysterious construction projects at Peter Bay, the vast amounts of money spent there and particularly regarding the Presidio del Mar, the Time Machine and The Beach House, and there is a connection.

OK, here goes. I worked as a consultant on all three of the properties and there was a common link by the Scott name Andrew as in Andrews. Andrews owned the Beach House, the Pointe Lot where Presidio now stands, and the Time Machine at the top of the mountain. His family goes back to the Andrew clan of Scotland where they created St. Andrews resort. They trace their ancestry to the Knights Templar but I traced his linage back to the ancient Samaritans, and Akkadians whom, in 5,000 BC, introduced astronomy, science, mathematics, architecture and secret building techniques like they used in the Tower of Babylon, Solomon's Temple, the great Cathedrals of Europe and the US Capitol, which was designed by Mason Brother William Thornton, (a familiar name in these parts as Willie T, originally from Jost Van Dyke), under the direction of Mason George Washington and architect Mason Pierre L'Enfant.
So to set the record straight as I know it, there is no French connection (except for L'Enfant). All Masonic designs take into account the orientation of the structure, its intended use for preserving history and always include underground passages and vaults, orientation to the solstices and an East West axis.
The Time Machine was designed by the Old Testament Giants who traveled in winged chariots and could traverse the world. They took Enoch, the great, great, great, grandfather of Noah the Scribe of Jericho, (Enoch, Irad, Mehujael, Methusael, Lamech and Noah) on a journey over the oceans to an astronomical observatory in Ireland, (known today as Newgrange), and showed him how to calculate the trajectory of a comet that would impact with earth and create a five mile high tsunami that would wipe out all of civilization.
They also gave him detailed plans to build a vessel two stories high and a hundred yards square that could hold him and his extended family, domesticated animals and food stocks and seeds so they could begin a new family after the Flood. It was a model of this Enochian Time Machine that Andrews was attempting to build on the mountain.
I never did find out why or what they were doing by connecting these properties together but all the work stopped a couple of years ago, before Obama was even on the radar, so I don't think it had anything to do with him.
I also know that Andrews had assembled the 400 acres of Maho bay and the five mountain peaks before turning his contracts over to the Trust For Public Lands to purchase. I had thought this was all a part of a grander plan but that stopped about the same time as everything else.
I also have it from an inside source that the Andrews Clan rented Presidio del Mar last week so they could be there for a ceremony on the Full Moon evening of Friday the 13th. There was some kind of a torchlight ceremony on the beach using human flame throwers. I know this had deep Knight Templar significance because their leader, Jacques DeMolay was crucified and nailed to the door of the Templar fortress in France on Friday the 13th, and that is where the term Black Friday the 13th originates. On that day, the Pope ordered all Templars assassinated in their beds in every country of the world. DeMolay actually survived the crucifixion and was wrapped in a linen cloth and taken to his family home where he was nursed back to health. Some time later he attempted to make amends with the Pope and went to see him with his emissaries, however, the Pope had them skewered and cooked alive in front of the Vatican. The linen shroud is now known as the shroud of Turin and still retains the image of DeMolay. Masons still use the shroud in the death and resurrection ritual that initiates must go through.

This is behind the tales and legends like the Di Vinci Code and many others. As in the Di Vinci Code, many historians believe the treasure was brought to Scotland in 1307 and protected by the Sinclair family but others think it was actually possessed by the Andrews Clan and that's the source of all their money today.
I do know that Andrews spent a lot of time alone on the mountain with a backhoe and I always wondered what he could be doing up there all those years. That would be an interesting research project for someone.
