I try practicing this ritual greeting at home. Very civilized....

My favorite brother in law is joining us next week. He is interested in any Yoga classes there might be on island. I know about the Self Centre, are there any others?

I had to tell him that renting a bike really wasn't an option....... and that hitchhiking is. I'm not sure he believed me

I don't have all of the times and days in front of me right now but .............

Tues and Thurs at 7:15am/7:30am I think, yoga with Beth at the Ag Center in Coral bay.
Yoga with Lori at Concordia - don't know what days
Yoga with Beth in Mongoose - again don't know what days but there is a poster on the board in the alley that is next to Deli Grotto that leads to the side parking lot as well as at Starfish that has the days and times.

Yoga at Maho with Suki.
I'm speaking from memory here, so might not have all the details. I believe it was Tue, Thur, Fri, Sat. 8:00 am. Cost was $10. I was a guest at Harmony Suites at Maho, but there's nothing stopping you from showing up. Plus... the view from their pavilion was the most beautiful place I'd ever practiced Yoga.
