Waterklip and Poi Pu

Anyone ever stayed at either of these places? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Marcia-
I stayed at Poi-Pu about 8 yrs ago and it was a good value but not one of my favorite villas plus you will probably be facing the construction at Pond Bay.
