What is going on at the ferry dock? There are a bunch of people all dressed in black. It looks like their shirts say police.

That's DPNR enforcement. They are going to clear alot of boats out of boats out of Cruz Bay and install swim buoys with in the next month or so.

Next question: Who's going to swim in Cruz Bay? I get drunk at the Beach Bar and joke about it, but I wouldn't actually do it.

Maybe the water will get a little cleaner with the boats moored out further. And anyway, there'll always be some unsuspecting newbie/cruiser who'll say, "Ooooo... let's get a drink at the BB and go for a dip!"

He also showers when he gets home.......
