I just read about this on Frank Barnako's site. What a shame - I guess they aren't doing well there. We really enjoying our evening there.

Ruth or anyone local, are they still open? I think the owner told me he moved with his family from Rhode Island, are they heading back?

It looked like it was still open last week. We never got to go in, although I would have like to try it.

And the amazing thing is that they want $175,000.00 for the business. Not sure how you can value a business that's only been open such a short time. Nor exactly what you'd be buying.

I'm going out of my way to give a big Jim Cramer, NOT a good buy.

Just to name a few.
There's a heck of alot of vacation villas on the market right now. Many of which i have read people here talking about.
