Jumbies FOUND My Backpack

Post by Randy in MD »

Amazing, absolutely amazing. Someone turned it in to the NPS Office in Cruz Bay and everything is still in it. Ruth is retrieving it and Ron is shipping it back to me. But she made me promise to state the following to the Forum:

Please label all your stuff with your name and a contact number!!! You may not think this can happen to you (I didn't), but it can.

I was lucky - real lucky. And I send my grateful thanks to the anonymous person who found it and turned it in, as well as my great friends at St. John Spice, and of course, the Jumbies who made all this good karma possible...

That's great, Randy! It's my opinion that you had that good Karma coming all along, but I'm biased. :)

So time for pictures now, right?!

You should contact that Source or Tradewinds Newspapers and send them that info.

So much negative stuff is reported that it just goes to show you that good people do good things down there.

Sorry-- it's the PR guru in me... tell a good story and pay it forward for the island, its residents and visitors...

It's also good PR for the forum and for Ruth for helping to send it back to you.
