I don't know anything about the house but the dirt road (Lower Bordeaux Mt. Rd.) has been paved up the mountain past the turn off for the house. That video is partly out of date now. Many nice, quiet houses up that way or higher.

It's a nice house, Jim, If you PM me, I'll find some pix for you. We stayed there in 2007. We stayed there because Orchid Knoll was taken for "our" week, and I'd be happy to return. The poster who visited after we did reported that the TV didn't work (we never checked!) and the dryer was still broken. I would imagine these have been remedied by now!

There is a little noise from Coral Bay - trucks and you could sometimes hear music from Island Blues. Not enough to keep me from returning, and it was nice to be closer to town. If a heated pool is important to you, please be sure to have the villa rep show you how to turn it on. It is not intuitive, and I don't remember what the solution was.

Incidental construction , as well as Island Blues "background noise", doesn't bother me at all.
