Last minute cheap condo...Help Please!!

thanks for all your great advice. So far I have two condos on hold.....Cruz views and Star villa (frangipani). Does anyone have an opinion as to what would be the better choice. I was warned of the construction noise at Cruz Views, but it does have a pool and Frangipani does not.

I like Cruz Views, but the walk up the hill is steep and there is no sidewalk in sections. We used the pool a bit. The deck around the pool is nice and there is a gas grill.

Which unit at CV?

I was just there in October. Most of the rock crushing is over at Sirenusa(sp?), so the construction noise is not that bad. However, depending on what unit, your view may be primarly of the construction site. The pool at Cruz Views is nice to dip into after a day at the beach, and great at night before bed.

We were in one of the lower units overlooking Enighed Pond, the second from the right. They installed AC the day we got there. Good think, it was July and blistering hot.

The decision has been made, the checks in the mail. Cruz View #3 it is. I'm not used to these high season prices. What a difference a few months makes. Oh well....thanks for all your help!
