Octopus video
My video of the octopus is posted over at flickr. Think this link will work:

It is a bit jumpy but then, how often does anyone get a chance to see one swimming. I ended it when the octopus kept going deeper into the shadows under a boat - thought he (she?) was going to ink us!

Glad you are enjoying. My 10 YO daughter's video is up at Flickr too under my name. She had asked for a Liquid Image underwater camera mask for Christmas and for $90 it did pretty well. Photos weren't as good but that could be because she swims around too much and doesn't always take the time to wait for the shot. But, for $90 you get a decent mask (she never complained) and a video/still camera; not a bad deal.

I have a Canon G9 in an underwater housing. And, we were probably in 6' deep water so we were right above it; I didn't zoom in at all for the film. They are such beautiful and smart creatures and I feel honored to have been able to swim with it.byado18 wrote:Amazing!
What camera do you use? And how far away were you?
