Best Value On Island

I'd love to hear which restaurants you all feel offer the most value. It doesn't have to be cheap, but it should hit the trifecta of good food, portions that fit the price, and overall experience (great sunsets and ocean views get extra value points).

We're looking for family friendly (twin 13 year old boys who can slam back a Fred Flintstone size rack of ribs with the sides and be hungry 2 hours later) and just hubby and I romantic spots.

I always found Cafe Roma the best bang for your buck.
no view or sunset but great food, good size portion and at a good price.
