Hello!!

Post by Coden »

Hi!! How in the heck is everyone doing? I've checked in every now and then, but have been so slammed at work, and home, that I haven't had a lot of time to visit here. I do miss Everyone so much though!!! :)

Plus I've been busy getting private excursions booked for our 10 day cruise at the end of March. Four ports (Antigua, St. Lucia, Grenada & Martinique) out of five are brand new to us, so we want to see it all. Ha!!

St. Thomas is the only port we've been too...and of course our 1st thought is going to STJ, but, since the ship docks at Crown Bay we think we are going to go to Water Island. What are your thoughts on this? I of course would love to take the Charlotte Amalie ferry over to Cruz Bay and then to Honeymoon Bch, but STT is our last port and after running like banshees on the other islands we thought a quick ferry to Water Island might be the ticket. I'm just concerned over the lack of snorkeling there. So do we go for the rest and relaxation or head to Honeymooon? Decisions, decisions!!

I am so happy for all of you who have trips planned for STJ. And am thrilled to read all of your plans. Hopefully we'll be able to get back in 2008 and I will keep an eye out to see if a Group is going. Maybe we'll be able to plan something around that.

I am also working on getting my pictures fixed up so that I can let all of you see them. Some are good, some are very poor, and I need to get those deleted. But I am slowly working on it!

I hope all of you are doing well and not freezing too much. It has been pretty pitiful here, but my goodness, I thank my lucky stars that I do not live in Oswego, Ny or that immediate vicinity. Those poor people. Enough snow already!!

Take care!!!

If I were you, I would stay on the ship in STT. Every time we cruise we love to take one port day and stay on the ship. It feels like you have the whole boat to yourself. There are tons of deck chairs and no one in the pool. Spa services are always really discounted and it is a great time to just relax.

Hi Coden! You have been missed here too! Our weather has been nasty, hasn't it?!?! It looks like a big warm front today, with a high in the 30's . . . woohoo! ;)
I know you're getting excited about your cruise. It's going to be here before you know it!

Hi,

It sounds like you'll be in need for some R&R by the time you get to St. Thomas.

Why not skip the snorkeling and just do a day at the beach? Magen's bay is a beautiful spot to beach it -

Or try to save some of your shopping for Charlotte Amalie.
