Thanksgiving on St. John
Thanksgiving on St. John
So, I'm looking at my vacation schedule for next year. (Yes, I know I just got back, but my work likes us to know the next year's plans by mid-December.) Anyhow, I am thinking it makes a lot of sense, due to my limited vacation time, to go over the week of Thanksgiving. This would also save me the hassle of making a big Thanksgiving meal.
I can't really tell, however, if most villas charge additional for Thanksgiving. The ones that I know of for sure that do not seem to already be booked. I know a lot of you travel at Thanksgiving, so does anyone have some insight on this for me? If it's going to be a lot extra for a house, I'll just go another time and maybe skip my birthday trip to Disney World.

Oh, that's gross.
You see, Lulu has hired a personal trainer and has decided to get back into training for half-marathons. I figure if I don't get healthier now, I never will.
I figured that the next big race to conquer would be 8 Tuff Miles. That gives me a goal (work out or you don't get to go to St. John) and it also gives me a huge reward.
But why does the race have to be during such a busy time? Regardless, this is my plan, and I'll just pay twice as much for everything and like it!
