I just noticed that both the Serendipty cam and the St. John Spice cam have frozen at 7:51 am today. I am just wondering if there is a general power outage in the area? Or maybe internet service in the area is down?

I heard through the coconut vine that the power has been out for a couple of hours.

OK I'll answer my own question. I just saw a post on Facebook from a STJ resident saying that power has been off for about 3 hours.

Yes power is out I heard there was an explosion but don't know where (or even if it is true) - we just fired up the generator for the first time ever and it works woo hoo

so I could check in on you all
