I've been touring southwest Virginia colleges with my oldest looking for that perfect setting. We were driving around Blacksburg tonight and saw a woman speed walking with three dogs who were wearing electronic collars. Who could that be?

"Barb!" "RickG!" She jumped in the car with the dogs and we popped over to see Jorge.
