Last year my daughter and her friends started liking Vera Bradley. They were in 5th grade then. It kind of made me sad, that in about a year they went from giving each other Webkinz for their birthdays to giving each other Vera Bradley lunch bags. (Luckily the lunch bags are only $25. And I don't like disposal lunch bags so I'm OK with that.) It also made me laugh at myself, the first time Delaney said something about Vera Bradley. I said, "Don't you mean Vera Wang? She's a designer." Of course I got the eye roll. I'm so not cool.

I would also like to be invited to the ruelala site... not for me but for my budding fashionista middle schooler! I'll PM my email address.
I'm with you chicgoans - I'm 6'1" and don't wear heels to the supermarket too often. But every once in a while it's nice to go out in them...

With my height I also wear size 11 shoes. I used to spend a fortune on shoes because only fancy designers made my size, but now I can just about shop anywhere - except where I live ... shoes in Italy only go up to size 40 (or 10) - I would gladly pay a fortune again for my size, but no luck finding them yet!

Chicogoan - do you still need an invite to those shopping sites? I got invited earlier today and would be glad to pass it along. I guess I would need your email...
