Hi Rick G

Post by Barb Y »

Hey Rick I just wanted to let you know that I did a toast to you on Saturday night. I was at a party and someone had a bottle of Absynthe (sorry if I spelled it wrong). I remembered you posting about it so I figured I needed to give it a try. I only did half a shot because someone explained that it was rumored to have been the reason Van Gogh cut his ear off. I like it! Thanks for recommending it. Have a great time on you vacation!

Cheers!

Absinthe is delightful. As a rule, I keep the sharp implements put away when drinking 140 proof absinthe!

Cheers, RickG

Kellyanna was with me here and tried it at The Old Absinthe House. She never saw the little green men, but she did end up lying on the sidewalk in The French Quarter posing for a picture

She proceeded to post the pics in her New Orleans report: http://www.virgin-islands-on-line.com/f ... d713751d53
