I think it is kind of funny that Sarah has no clue that she is insulting... Great insight into her inexperience and just how frightening she would be as a diplomatic presence!

SJ-All of that may be true, but I'll take Sen. Biden and his knowledge and experience any time over Gov. Palin. VP is not the place to begin your training.

You do know that Biden is #2 on the ticket, right?

And that if you vote Obama, you are voting for the most in-experienced presidential candidate in the history of our country?

But you're okay with that because the human gaffe machine is along side him.

You guys are unbelievable.

She may not have 30 years of experience running a Senate staff, but she seems to be a pretty quick study. "Stand up Chuck"........OMG.....can you imagine the feast they'd have on Palin if she made that blunder.

Where is Anthony? I can't believe this thread is still going strong. It's fun as heck to me. Keep it coming. It's a good debate, but let's not get nasty. I've got to sleep in the same villa with the SOTB gang. I think I'm outnumbered.

The combined experience of Sen. Obama and Sen. Biden so far outdistance Sen. McCain and Gov. Palin it's hard to believe any Republican would seriously attempt to suggest otherwise. When you combine that with the lack of judgment exhibited by Sen. McCain in selecting someone who is obviously not prepared to assume the role of President in the event that became necessary, you have a ticket is an embarassment.

Factual, factual you say--she didn't have any facts, all she had was talking points from the campaign notebook.

Came upon a news item that I really enjoyed on Fox.

The McCain campaign is pulling out of Michigan. When Palin read about it, she sent off an email disagreeing with the strategy and offering to go campaign in Michigan herself. She and her husband.

She learned about it from reading the paper. She hadn't been consulted or even informed. Maybe they just forgot to tell her. Maybe they just forgot to tell their party's VP candidate.

And then she sent an email. Not a phone call, an email. And then publicly disagreed with the campaign's decision.

I think things will get stranger and stranger.

And then she sent an email.
Wonder if she used her Yahoo account?

I would rather have an experienced President and an inexperienced VP who runs a state than a inexperienced president who has so many questionable relationships and an VP who has trouble keepin it real. Keep your eyes and ears open.
I understand that's what most Republicans would say, but after the last 8 years you would think they would learn by now.

I watched that interview. She also credited her controversial interview with Katie Curic to the fact that Katie was Annoying her! Annoying her? She (Palin) basically said (paraphrasing here) that the questions were not the right questions, it annoyed her, and that is the reason that she appeared to be so aloof.

And when she is "annoyed" with foreign heads of state her response will be to act like a dimwit. Wow, impressive strategy!
