I recently looked at a villa on Francis Bay- I think it is called the Francis Bay house. We decided we wanted to be closer to Cruz Bay but if you want access to Francis Bay and Maho it might be what you want.

We are looking at this villa for next February. We want to know how long a walk to the Westin it is. We will have a 1 and one half year old grandson with us and my daughter might want to walk to the Westin beach. We have stayed in this area on Maria Bluff in the 1990's in a house called Maria Breeze...

I have been told that you cannot rent a car on St John if you are over 65. Is this true?

Will the taxi drivers go from Cruz Bay to Rendevous Bay (or other outlying areas) late at night? W e may rent a house and the younger ones may be drinking in Cruz Bay late. Anyone know what the fare would be? I seem to remember that the taxis wouldn't go to Maho Bay. Thanks.
