Hey Forumites, has anyone been to Gallows lately? Was thinking of staying there in late July/early August, but am concerned about the pool renovations. I know the pool will be out of commission then (not too big of a deal), but was wondering about how much other disruption might exist? Thanks!

Just don't bother with the VIPD...one night last summer while staying at Gallows, some moron with huge speakers on top of his car set up shop around 11pm in front of that bar by Grande Bay and blasted music (including Madonna's "Like a Virgin" about 15-20 times - no kidding). Lasted at lea...

Just wondering about Zika...has anyone decided not to visit because of this?? We have a trip planned later this summer, but starting to think about waiting until more is understood about the virus.
