Thanks for the great review on La jolla Caribe. We are staying there in January and have been waiting for people to post reviews. We stayed at Ciellodonna last January (it was a great house also) and are looking forward to the great sunsets and views.

We went in January last year and the water was wonderful. We brought shorty wetsuits and never used them and we were in the water 4 and 5 hours a day.

I think you can get an underwater housing for most digitals, so I would research the cameras you are interested in and then price the housings. Some are more expensive than others.
