We have a summer place in the white mountain area of New Hampshire so over the last few years we have gone to STJ the week before we open camp which is the 3rd week of April and the week after we close up camp which ideally is Halloween. BTW Halloween on STJ is a "blast".

Take a look at Waterfall at www.vivacations.com we stayed there back in 06, has everything you are looking for only downside is that it is a little bit of a distance from Cruz Bay but has excellent privacy, great view and an awesome pool with 3 equal bedrooms.

We use them twice a year and have been doing so for 6 years and as the other posters say, Kurt and Levi are very good guys and I would not ever think of changing.
