Re: All You Can Eat Anegada Lobster now available at..
23 days and we'll be back...but who's counting?! We don't want to miss prime rib and tuna night. Should we make reservations ahead of time? If so, how far in advance?

Re: Food
Sweet! Thanks for all the answers. Jimg20 I am sort of concerned with the quality of meats as well. We can support the local economy in other ways. I didn't realize the airlines let you check in food frozen or otherwise. So its checked like a regular bag?

Food
Hi all, I know I've seen posts about shipping food before arrival. My husband thinks it's a waste but I wonder if there are any advantages. If so, what's the best way to ship steaks, veggies, etc that need to stay very cold for a 5 hour period or longer depending on when it or you arrives?

Re: Kekoa to Jost
Loved our Kekoa snorkel & sail to Jost. Bring a dry sack to hold cameras, etc and ask the tallest person in your group to hold it above their head as you all wade to shore from the catamaran.

Re: Help - BOS to STT Easter time 2017
Have you tried asking the villa and changing the dates slightly? We found Tuesday to Tuesday in April on Jet Blue direct from Boston to STT and vice versa. Very reasonable at 340ish each round trip. However, we always avoid the April vacation week anything after 4/10-4/11 in NE and up through the th...

Norman Island or nearby snorkeling
Is there a charter (doesn't have to be private) that goes to Norman Island or nearby area for snorkeling excursions? Thanks!

Re: Gibney parking
TrvlJohn, thanks for the Peace Hill tip. Worked out perfect. While we were there someone was parked at the end of the drive and it was still somewhat on the road. VI police showed up to find out who owned it. Don't know if it was ticketed but I'm glad we didn't chance it. Love this forum - thanks to...

Re: Loud music and glass beer bottles
Thanks for the info. Lol Fbo44, thanks for the laugh. We retuned to Gibney couple of days later in the afternoon. There was some sort of function/event and although they were having a ton of fun they weren't annoying.

Re: Lunch at Cinnamon Bay? (John Thomas)
It's ok for one quick meal? (ish)/beer. Pricey for what you get. Was there last year and stopped in to see campgrounds. The reviews made the restaurant seem more inviting than it was...just meh but with beer. I would suggest packing a lunch and just going with the adult bevs.

Re: Gibney parking
Thanks Teresa_Rae! I think I've seen that gate before but this description will definitely help us find it. We'll have to slow down to a crawl when we start to see the white fencing near the cottages. AquaGirl brings up another question for me about being blocked in by other jeeps. Does that happen ...
